Recover as Hard as You Train
The recovery suite is part of the gym, not a separate business you pay again to walk into. Infrared sauna and Theraguns are included with every membership. Red light therapy, compression, tanning and massage chairs sit in VIP, which is $99.99 a month for your first 3 months and $129.99 a month after that.
Most gyms either do not have this or charge per visit for it. That is the whole point of the tier structure here.
What Is Actually in the Recovery Suite?
Medical-Grade Infrared Sauna
Full cedar. Heats the body directly rather than heating the air, so it runs at a lower temperature than a traditional sauna. Included at every tier. More on the sauna.
Red Light Therapy
Used after training for recovery and inflammation. VIP tier. More on red light.
Hydro Massage Loungers
Heated water massage, for muscle tension without booking a therapist or getting undressed.
Therabody RecoveryAir Pro
Adjustable pneumatic compression boots and shoulder sleeves, for legs and shoulders after heavy days. VIP tier.
Therabody Lounger
Sound and vibration for full body relaxation. Ten minutes in this is a genuinely different thing to lying on a mat.
Theraguns
Percussive devices and Wave Series vibrating rollers, out on the floor and free to use at any tier.
Human Touch Massage Chairs
In the recovery suite, for when the legs have had enough.
Upright Tanning
VIP tier.

Recovery FAQ
Is the sauna included in a normal membership?
Yes. The medical-grade infrared sauna is included with General Admission at $84.99 a month, and with a day pass. You do not need VIP for it.
What recovery equipment needs VIP?
Red light therapy, the Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression boots and shoulder sleeves, upright tanning and massage chairs. VIP is $99.99 a month for your first 3 months, then $129.99 a month.
Do I have to book the recovery equipment?
The sauna, Theraguns and rollers are open access during your visit. For the VIP recovery services, ask at the front desk when you arrive, since availability depends on how busy the suite is.
When is the recovery suite quietest?
Outside roughly 4pm to 7pm, which is the busiest window in the building. One of the advantages of a gym that never closes is that the early morning and late evening slots are usually wide open.
How much is a membership at QNTM Fit Life?
General Admission is $84.99 a month. VIP is $99.99 a month for your first 3 months, then $129.99 a month, and adds tanning, red light therapy, Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression and massage chairs on top of everything in General Admission.
Passes start at $30 for a single day and run to $150 for 30 days, and every pass gets VIP level access.
Is QNTM Fit Life really open 24 hours?
Yes. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and staffed around the clock rather than running on keycard access alone. There is always someone in the building.
Two exceptions, and you should hear them here rather than find out on the night. On a small number of significant holidays, meaning Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, QNTM sometimes closes in the evening between 5pm and 8pm and reopens at 5am the following morning. The only other closures are weather emergencies or situations affecting member safety.
