What Makes QNTM Different
Four things, and they are the four that members actually write about. Staffed around the clock rather than keycard-only. Two stories, so the equipment is free when you want it. Recovery included rather than charged per visit. Two hours of free covered parking downtown, Whole Foods B2 (lower level).
What Should You Look For in a Gym?
Ignore the photos, everyone has good photos. Four questions tell you more than a tour will.
Can you get on the kit at your hour?
Visit at the time you would actually train, not at 11am on a Tuesday. Variety of equipment comes up in 19 QNTM reviews and squat racks in 12, and two floors is the reason.
Is anyone there overnight?
Plenty of 24 hour gyms are unstaffed after 8pm. QNTM is staffed around the clock. Friendly and welcoming staff is the most repeated theme in its reviews, ahead of the equipment.
What costs extra?
Sauna and Theraguns are included at every tier here. Ask any gym what is behind a second paywall before you sign.
How do you get in the door?
Downtown parking is a real cost and a real hassle. Whole Foods B2, the lower level right next door, free for 2 hours, takes the sting out of both.
Who Else Should You Look At?
Members compare QNTM to Iconix, Carbon Performance and the downtown YMCA, and reviewers name all three. It would be daft to pretend otherwise, so here is the honest read.
If the cheapest possible monthly fee is the deciding factor, the YMCA will beat QNTM on price. If you want a small boutique room with a tight community feel, a studio will give you that better than a two-story floor plate will.
Where QNTM wins is a specific combination: scale and equipment availability, staffed 24 hour access, a recovery suite that is part of the membership, and 2 hours of free covered parking at Whole Foods B2 in downtown Nashville. If those four together are what you are after, there is not much else offering all of them in one building.

Comparing Gyms FAQ
What is the best gym in downtown Nashville?
That depends what you weight. QNTM Fit Life is well reviewed, and its strengths are scale, 24 hour staffed access, an included recovery suite and 2 hours of free covered parking at Whole Foods B2 (lower level).
If lowest price is your priority, the YMCA is cheaper. If you want a small boutique studio, a studio will suit you better. If you want a large, always-open, fully equipped facility with recovery built in, that is what QNTM is for.
How is QNTM different from other 24 hour gyms?
Staffing. Many 24 hour gyms are unstaffed overnight and run on keycard entry. QNTM is staffed around the clock, and staff are the single most praised thing in its reviews.
Is the recovery equipment an extra cost?
The infrared sauna and the Theraguns are included at every tier including day passes. Red light therapy, compression boots, tanning and massage services are part of VIP, $99.99 a month for your first 3 months and $129.99 after that, rather than charged per visit.
How much is a membership at QNTM Fit Life?
General Admission is $84.99 a month. VIP is $99.99 a month for your first 3 months, then $129.99 a month, and adds tanning, red light therapy, Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression and massage chairs on top of everything in General Admission.
Passes start at $30 for a single day and run to $150 for 30 days, and every pass gets VIP level access.
Where do I park, and is it free?
Free for members and day pass visitors, in the covered Whole Foods garage next door. It is secure and it is free for 2 hours, provided you get your ticket validated at the QNTM front desk before you leave.
Two things catch people out: the ticket has to be validated at the desk, and QNTM cannot validate beyond 2 hours. Stay longer and the garage charges you for the extra time.
Does QNTM Fit Life offer group fitness classes?
QNTM does not run its own group classes. What members get instead is access to boutique fitness classes at discounted rates, so you can add a class when you want one without paying full studio price.
Some older Google reviews still describe spin, yoga and similar classes at QNTM. That was an earlier program, discontinued. What QNTM runs today is 24/7 open access to the full two-story training floor, one-on-one personal training, and the recovery suite.
