Gym Membership in Nashville

General Admission is $84.99 a month. VIP is $99.99 a month for your first 3 months, then $129.99. Both include 24/7 staffed access to the full two-story training floor, the infrared sauna, hot showers, private locker rooms and 2 hours of free covered parking next door at Whole Foods B2 (lower level).

The prices are on this page because you asked for them. The single most common message that reaches QNTM is some version of "how much is it", and making someone start a conversation to find out is a waste of their time and ours.

What Is the Difference Between General Admission and VIP?

General Admission is the whole gym. VIP adds the recovery and comfort layer on top.

What Happens When You Actually Join?

You get a Fitness Lift Off session, free, as part of joining. It is a one-on-one consultation that looks at where your fitness actually is right now: body composition, mobility, current level and what you are trying to get to.

It is not a sales appointment dressed up as an assessment. The point is that a program built around real numbers beats one built around a guess, and QNTM would rather you started with the numbers. Body composition is measured on an Evolt 360 scanner, so it is a real reading rather than an estimate.

The Small Print, Not Hidden

What Are the Membership Terms?

Month to month. No fixed contract, no minimum term. Memberships renew automatically on the first of each month and dues are charged on the 1st.

Everything below is on this page on purpose. Billing surprises are the most common complaint any gym gets, and the fix is telling you the rules before you join rather than after.

QNTM Fit Life membership terms, current as at August 2026.

When you are chargedDues are drafted on the 1st of each month.

Annual Club Enhancement fee$49 a year. First charged 45 days after you sign, drafted on the 1st of the following month, then annually on that date.

FreezingAvailable to every member, up to 12 months, at $10 a month while frozen. Request by the 25th of the month the freeze starts.

Cancelling or freezing

One route, so there is one record and no argument about whether notice was given. Use the cancellation and freeze form. It timestamps your request and sends you a confirmation.

Do not rely on telling someone at the desk, and do not email a general address. The form is what starts the 30 day clock.

Membership FAQ

How much is a membership at QNTM Fit Life?

General Admission is $84.99 a month. VIP is $99.99 a month for your first 3 months, then $129.99 a month, and adds tanning, red light therapy, Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression and massage chairs on top of everything in General Admission.

Passes start at $30 for a single day and run to $150 for 30 days, and every pass gets VIP level access.

What is included in VIP that is not in General Admission?

Upright tanning, red light therapy, Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression and massage chairs, on top of everything General Admission gets.

The infrared sauna and the Theraguns are included at both tiers, so you do not need VIP to get the core recovery benefit.

VIP runs at $99.99 a month for your first 3 months, then $129.99 a month.

Is there a free assessment when I join?

Yes. It is called Fitness Lift Off and it is included when you join. A one-on-one session covering body composition, mobility, your current fitness level and your goals, so your program starts from real numbers.

Body composition is measured on an Evolt 360 scanner.

How do I cancel my QNTM membership?

Give 30 days notice using the cancellation and freeze form. That is the one route, and it is deliberate: one form means one timestamped record and no dispute about whether notice was given.

Two timing rules worth knowing, because they are what catch people out. All memberships end on the last day of a month, and to finish within the current month your notice has to be in by midnight on the 5th. Give notice on the 6th and your membership runs to the end of the following month.

The form sends you a confirmation. Keep it. Telling someone at the desk does not start the clock.

Can I freeze my membership instead of cancelling?

Yes, any member can. Freezes run for up to 12 months and cost $10 a month while the account is frozen.

Request it by the 25th of the month you want the freeze to start, using the same cancellation and freeze form.

Are there any fees beyond the monthly price?

There is a one-time $50 joining fee, the same for General Admission and VIP, charged when you join on top of your first month. Your first month is prorated to the days you actually get, so your first payment is the $50 plus part of a month rather than a full one.

After that, three ongoing ones. Credit cards carry a 3% processing fee per transaction, while debit cards have none, so paying by debit costs less. A $25 late fee applies if the payment on the 1st does not go through.

And an Annual Club Enhancement fee of $49, first charged 45 days after you sign and drafted on the 1st of the following month, then once a year on that date.

Can I try the gym before I commit to a membership?

If you live in Nashville, yes, and it is free. Local residents can arrange a complimentary trial: come in, look round the whole facility and do a real workout. Proof of a local address and 18 or over is the only qualification. No pressure and no judgement.

If you are visiting rather than local, a pass is the right thing. They run from $30 for a day to $150 for 30 days, all at VIP level access.

Is QNTM Fit Life really open 24 hours?

Yes. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and staffed around the clock rather than running on keycard access alone. There is always someone in the building.

Two exceptions, and you should hear them here rather than find out on the night. On a small number of significant holidays, meaning Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, QNTM sometimes closes in the evening between 5pm and 8pm and reopens at 5am the following morning. The only other closures are weather emergencies or situations affecting member safety.

Where do I park, and is it free?

Free for members and day pass visitors, in the covered Whole Foods garage next door. It is secure and it is free for 2 hours, provided you get your ticket validated at the QNTM front desk before you leave.

Two things catch people out: the ticket has to be validated at the desk, and QNTM cannot validate beyond 2 hours. Stay longer and the garage charges you for the extra time.
