Gym Passes in Nashville

Passes run from $30 for a single day to $150 for 30 days, every one of them at VIP level access, and none of them starts ticking until you walk in. That is the full two-story training floor, the infrared sauna, tanning, red light therapy, Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression, massage chairs, hot showers and 2 hours of free covered parking at Whole Foods B2 (lower level).

A pass is not a stripped back version of the gym, and it is not a trial. It is the top tier of access, without the membership. Over a thousand people a month train here on one.

Read this bit before you buy

The pass is a continuous 72 hour window, not three separate visits to spend whenever you like across a week. Check in at 5pm Friday and it runs until 5pm Monday.

This catches people out often enough that it is worth being blunt about. If you are in Nashville for a week and want to train on the Monday, the Wednesday and the Friday, a 3 day pass will not do that. Talk to the front desk about a week pass instead.

Visiting Nashville

A Real Gym, Not a Hotel Treadmill

Most people buying a pass here are not testing the water. They are in Nashville for work or a few days out, they train properly at home, and they have no intention of letting that slide because they are traveling.

QNTM sits at 114 George L Davis Blvd, downtown, a short walk from the Gulch and a few minutes from Broadway. Open 24 hours, which matters more than usual when you are on someone else's schedule or a different time zone. You get the same building, the same equipment and the same staffed front desk as a member, and over a thousand people a month do exactly that.

Live Here? Try It Free First.

A day pass is what visitors buy. If you live in Nashville, you do not need to buy anything to see the place. Local residents can arrange a free trial: come in, look around the whole facility, and do a real workout.

Proof of a local address, and 18 or over. That is the whole qualification.

No pressure and, more to the point, no judgement. Nobody is going to follow you round the floor with a clipboard or push a contract at you on the way out. If it is not the right gym for you, that is a perfectly good outcome and you will not be chased about it.

Walk in, or call the front desk on (615) 942-9006. It is staffed 24 hours, so there is no booking window to catch.

Questions We Actually Get Asked

Day Pass FAQ

How long does a 3 day pass actually last?

72 consecutive hours from the moment you activate it, which is your first check-in at the front desk. It is one continuous window, not three separate visits to use whenever you like across a week.

Check in at 5pm on Friday and the pass runs until 5pm on Monday. Train as many times as you like in between.

Buying ahead is fine. The clock does not start until you walk in.

How much is a gym day pass in Nashville at QNTM?

A single day is $30, two days $45, three days $60, seven days $80 and thirty days $150.

Every one of them includes VIP level access and 2 hours of free covered parking at Whole Foods B2 (lower level).

I live in Nashville. Should I buy a day pass to check the gym out?

No, you do not need to. Passes are built for visitors. If you are a local resident you get a free trial instead: look round the whole facility and do a real workout, with proof of a local address and 18 or over.

No pressure, and no judgement. Call the front desk on (615) 942-9006 or walk in.

Can I buy a pass in advance of my trip?

Yes, and it will not expire while you wait. A pass activates the first time you check in at the front desk, not when you pay for it. Buy it weeks before you fly and the clock only starts when you actually walk in.

If it is your first visit you will sign a waiver at the desk. That takes a minute and it is the same moment the pass activates.

What is included with a day pass?

The full two-story training floor, strength and cardio and free weights and the functional training zone, the medical-grade infrared sauna, hot showers, private locker rooms and 2 hours of free covered parking at Whole Foods B2 (lower level).

It is the same access a General Admission member has, with no off-peak restriction.

Where do I park, and is it free?

Free for members and day pass visitors, in the covered Whole Foods garage next door. It is secure and it is free for 2 hours, provided you get your ticket validated at the QNTM front desk before you leave.

Two things catch people out: the ticket has to be validated at the desk, and QNTM cannot validate beyond 2 hours. Stay longer and the garage charges you for the extra time.

Is QNTM Fit Life really open 24 hours?

Yes. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and staffed around the clock rather than running on keycard access alone. There is always someone in the building.

Two exceptions, and you should hear them here rather than find out on the night. On a small number of significant holidays, meaning Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, QNTM sometimes closes in the evening between 5pm and 8pm and reopens at 5am the following morning. The only other closures are weather emergencies or situations affecting member safety.

Does QNTM Fit Life offer group fitness classes?

QNTM does not run its own group classes. What members get instead is access to boutique fitness classes at discounted rates, so you can add a class when you want one without paying full studio price.

Some older Google reviews still describe spin, yoga and similar classes at QNTM. That was an earlier program, discontinued. What QNTM runs today is 24/7 open access to the full two-story training floor, one-on-one personal training, and the recovery suite.
