Nashville's 24 Hour Fitness Center
QNTM Fit Life is a two-story, 24 hour fitness center at 114 George L Davis Blvd in downtown Nashville. Membership is $84.99 a month for General Admission or $99.99 a month for your first 3 months, then $129.99 for VIP. Both cover the full training floor, the recovery suite and 2 hours of free covered parking at Whole Foods B2, the lower level of the garage next door.
If you want to train here before committing, a 3 day pass is $60. The building is staffed around the clock, so there is always a person in it, not just a keycard reader on the door.

How Do You Tell if a Gym Is Actually Any Good?
Photos of a clean floor tell you nothing, because every gym has those. Three things separate a fitness center you will still be using in six months from one you will quietly stop going to.
Can you get on the equipment?
Not how much equipment there is, but whether it is free when you want it. Two floors and long unbroken rack rows means you are not queueing behind someone at 6pm. Variety of equipment comes up in 19 QNTM reviews and squat racks in 12.
Is anybody actually there?
Plenty of 24 hour gyms are unstaffed overnight. QNTM is staffed around the clock. Friendly and welcoming staff is the most repeated theme in its reviews, ahead of the equipment.
What happens after the workout?
Recovery is where most gyms stop and charge you separately. The infrared sauna is included with every membership, and the full recovery suite sits inside VIP rather than as a per-visit add-on.
Is a 24 Hour Gym Worth It if You Only Train in the Evening?
The honest answer is that the value of 24 hour access is not the 3am session you will probably never do. It is that a shifting schedule stops being a reason to skip. A late meeting, an early flight, a gym session that has to happen at 10pm because that is the only hour left.
The part that matters more than the hours is the staffing. QNTM is fully staffed around the clock, not keycard-only after hours, which is the difference between a building that is open and a building where somebody is actually there.
Infrared Sauna
Medical-grade, full cedar. Heats the body directly rather than the air, so it runs cooler than a traditional sauna. Included with every membership.
Red Light Therapy
For inflammation and repair after training. VIP tier.
Hydro Massage Loungers
Heated water massage, for muscle tension without booking a therapist.
Therabody RecoveryAir Pro
Fully adjustable pneumatic compression, for legs after heavy days. VIP tier.
Therabody Lounger
Sound and vibration for full body relaxation.
Theraguns
Percussive devices and Wave Series vibrating rollers, on the floor and free to use.
Human Touch Massage Chairs
Available in the recovery suite.
Upright Tanning
VIP tier.
Where Do You Park, and Is It Really Free?
Parking is free for 2 hours for members and day pass visitors, covered and secure, on Level B2, the lower level of the Whole Foods garage right next door. Get the ticket validated at the front desk before you leave.
One thing worth knowing before your first visit, because it is the part that catches people out. The garage is run by a third party, your ticket has to be validated at the QNTM front desk, and the free window is 2 hours. Validate before you leave. Vehicles that have not been validated get ticketed by the operator, even when the driver was entitled to park free.
Peak is roughly 4pm to 7pm, which is when the garage is busiest and when you may wait a few minutes for a space.
Fitness Center FAQ
How much is a membership at QNTM Fit Life?
General Admission is $84.99 a month. VIP is $99.99 a month for your first 3 months, then $129.99, adding tanning, red light therapy, Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression and massage chairs.
Passes run from $30 for a single day to $150 for 30 days, all at VIP level access.
Is QNTM Fit Life really open 24 hours?
Yes. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and staffed around the clock rather than running on keycard access alone. There is always someone in the building.
Two exceptions, and you should hear them here rather than find out on the night. On a small number of significant holidays, meaning Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve, QNTM sometimes closes in the evening between 5pm and 8pm, and reopens at 5am the following morning. The only other time the gym closes is a weather emergency or a situation affecting member safety.
Can I try the gym before I join?
If you live in Nashville, yes, and it is free. Local residents get a complimentary trial: come in, look round the whole facility and do a real workout. Proof of a local address and 18 or over is the only qualification, and there is no pressure and no judgement.
If you are visiting Nashville, a pass is the right thing. They run from $30 for a day to $150 for 30 days, all at VIP level access, and a pass activates when you first check in rather than when you pay. See all passes.
What recovery equipment is included?
The recovery suite has a medical-grade infrared sauna, red light therapy, hydro massage loungers, Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression, a Therabody lounger, Human Touch massage chairs, Theragun percussive devices and upright tanning.
Sauna and Theraguns are included with General Admission. Red light therapy, tanning, Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression and massage chairs sit in VIP.
Where do I park, and is it free?
Free for members and day pass visitors, in the covered Whole Foods garage next door. It is secure and it is free for 2 hours on Level B2, provided the QNTM front desk validates your ticket before you leave.
Validate before you leave. The garage is operated by a third party and unvalidated vehicles get fined regardless of entitlement.
Does QNTM Fit Life offer group fitness classes?
QNTM does not run its own group classes. Members do get access to boutique fitness classes at discounted rates. An earlier in-house program was discontinued, which is why some older reviews still describe spin and yoga.
What QNTM offers today is 24/7 open access to the full two-story training floor, one-on-one personal training, and the recovery suite.
