What People Ask Before They Join
How much is a gym membership at QNTM?
General Admission is $84.99 a month. VIP is $99.99 a month for your first 3 months, then $129.99, and adds tanning, red light therapy, Therabody RecoveryAir Pro compression and massage chairs.
Passes run from $30 for a single day to $150 for 30 days, every one at VIP level access. A pass activates when you first check in, not when you pay, so buying ahead of a trip is fine. All passes.
Is QNTM really open 24 hours?
Yes. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and staffed around the clock rather than running on keycard access alone. There is always someone in the building.
Two exceptions, and you should hear them here rather than find out on the night. On a small number of significant holidays, meaning Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve, QNTM sometimes closes in the evening between 5pm and 8pm and reopens at 5am the following morning. The only other time the gym closes is a weather emergency or a situation affecting member safety.
Is parking really free?
Yes, for members and day pass visitors, on Level B2 of the covered Whole Foods garage next door. Hand your ticket to the QNTM front desk and they validate it.
Park on Whole Foods B2, the lower level. The free window is 2 hours and QNTM cannot validate beyond it, so a longer session means paying the garage for the extra time. Full detail.
Can I try it before joining?
If you live in Nashville, yes, and it is free. Local residents get a complimentary trial with proof of a local address, 18 or over: look round the whole facility and do a real workout. No pressure and no judgement.
Visiting instead? A pass is the right thing, from $30 a day. It activates when you first check in, not when you pay. All passes.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships are month to month with no fixed contract. To cancel or freeze, use the cancellation and freeze form. One route on purpose, so there is one timestamped record and no dispute about whether notice was given.
All memberships end on the last day of a month, and notice has to be in by midnight on the 5th to finish within the current month. Freezing is also available, up to 12 months at $10 a month. Full terms and the form.
Do you offer group fitness classes?
QNTM does not run its own group classes. Members do get access to boutique fitness classes at discounted rates, so you can add a class without paying full studio price.
What QNTM offers today is 24/7 open access to the full two-story floor, one-on-one personal training and the recovery suite.
