Personal Trainers in Nashville
One-on-one coaching, built around a real assessment rather than a template. Every membership starts with a free Fitness Lift Off session: body composition on an Evolt 360 scanner, mobility, current level and where you actually want to get to.
From there the coaching splits into four things depending on what you are after: strength and conditioning, weight loss, one-on-one general training, and program design you run yourself.
Do You Actually Need a Personal Trainer?
Honestly, not everyone does. If you have been training for years, you know your program, and you are still progressing, a trainer is a nice-to-have rather than a need.
Where it earns its money is narrower and more specific than the industry usually admits: you are starting out and do not want to spend six months learning form badly; you have plateaued and cannot see why; you are training around an injury; or you know exactly what to do and simply will not do it without someone expecting you on Tuesday. Those are real reasons. "Everyone should have a trainer" is not.
One-on-One Training
Sessions built to your goals, level and schedule, with a coach watching your form rather than a plan on a phone.
Strength & Conditioning
Structured progressive work for power, endurance and athletic performance. For people who compete or train like they do.
Weight Loss Coaching
Training, nutrition guidance and accountability together, aimed at something sustainable rather than a crash.
Custom Program Design
A plan written for you that you then run yourself. Progress tracked with body composition scans.
What Is Fitness Lift Off?
QNTM's onboarding session, included free when you join. A one-on-one consultation that measures where you are before anyone writes you a program.
It covers current fitness level, body composition, mobility and goals. Body composition is measured on an Evolt 360 scanner, so it is an actual reading rather than a guess off a set of scales, and it gives you a baseline to measure against three months later.
Whether you carry on with a trainer afterwards is up to you. Plenty of members do the Lift Off, take the plan and run it themselves.
Personal Training FAQ
Is the first personal training session free?
The Fitness Lift Off assessment is included free when you join. It is a one-on-one consultation covering body composition on an Evolt 360 scanner, mobility, your current level and your goals.
Do I actually need a personal trainer?
Not necessarily. A trainer earns its cost if you are starting out and want to learn form properly, if you have plateaued and cannot work out why, if you are training around an injury, or if accountability is the thing you are actually missing.
If you have trained for years, know your program and are still progressing, you probably do not need one.
What kinds of coaching does QNTM offer?
One-on-one personal training, strength and conditioning coaching, weight loss coaching, and custom workout program design that you run yourself with progress tracked by body composition scans.
How is progress actually measured?
Body composition scans on an Evolt 360, plus performance benchmarks and regular check-ins. The point of the Lift Off baseline is that three months later there is something real to compare against.
How much does personal training cost at QNTM?
Session pricing depends on what you are after and how often you want to train, so it is quoted after your Fitness Lift Off rather than sold off a fixed list. Call the front desk on (615) 942-9006 and ask.
Does QNTM Fit Life offer group fitness classes?
QNTM does not run its own group classes. What members get instead is access to boutique fitness classes at discounted rates, so you can add a class when you want one without paying full studio price.
Some older Google reviews still describe spin, yoga and similar classes at QNTM. That was an earlier program, discontinued. What QNTM runs today is 24/7 open access to the full two-story training floor, one-on-one personal training, and the recovery suite.
